Bridget started with 1st American Management in December 2021 as an AP/AR specialist. She has since transitioned to the Assistant Commercial Property Manager role. In her current role, she is a supporting team member for the company’s two Commercial Property Managers. She joined the team with 20+ years of experience in office management, human resources, and bookkeeping. Bridget attended Purdue University Calumet with a focus on business. In addition to being a mother of 4, she also enjoys creating fine art and singing.
Jennifer Rivas
Jennifer Rivas joined 1st American Management in the summer of 2021 as Assistant Property Manager at the Shorewood Forest community, where she served through the end of 2024 and earned her Property Manager certification. In 2025, she transitioned to the corporate office as Assistant Commercial Property Manager.
Jennifer studied Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Northwest and brings a diverse professional background to her role. She has over 12 years of experience as a multi-business owner and more than five years in Human Resources prior to entering property management.
A Northwest Indiana native, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors and is passionate about contributing to the continued success and growth of 1st American Management. She is dedicated to going above and beyond for the company and the clients it serves.
Kylie Weir
Kylie joined 1st American in October 2025. She earned her Indiana Real Estate License in 2023 and brings over 10 years of customer service experience, along with more than four years of successfully running her own business. In 2018, Kylie completed her esthetics program and obtained her Esthetician License in the state of Indiana. By 2021, she had launched and successfully operated her own business. Outside of the office, Kylie enjoys photography and continues to work with clients in beauty-related services.
