Rachel Sierzega

Rachel began working with 1st American Management in February 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager where she assisted multiple property managers with day-to-day communications and special projects. In October 2022, she was promoted to Residential Property Manager with her own portfolio covering properties in Lake and Porter counties. Rachel received a master’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan in 2012. She has spent the last 25 years growing her experience in Customer Service, Office Administration, and Leadership with the last 8 of those years in management at Family Express. Rachel spends her off time with her 2 young daughters and husband enjoying outdoor fun, travel, and sports. Her favorite destinations are Boston and Disneyworld.
