Renee joined 1st American in July 2016. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a concentration on Lodging and Human Resources and a minor in Organizational and Leadership Supervision. Renee manages a mixed portfolio of Residential and Commercial properties. She was recently selected to be part of the IREM Next-Gen program, giving her the opportunity to obtain her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in an 18-month accelerated course.

Michelle joined the 1st American team in November of 2023 as a Residential Property Manager. She came from years in the Cosmetology field, primarily in a managerial role. Michelle has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Purdue and licenses in Cosmetology and Massage Therapy. She has also earned her M-100: The Essentials of Community Association Management from the Community Associations Institute in March of 2024. Outside of the office, Michelle is a mother of 5, with 2 still at home. Her hobbies include spending time with her family and attending the many sporting events for her children.
Trisha Burns
Tricia joined 1st American in October 2023. She brings 7 years of Property Management experience to the team. She also has 20+ years of Retail Management, Office Administration, and Customer Service experience. Tricia possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and is Vice President of Delta Theta Tau Sorority. When she is not busy with her Philanthropic Sorority, she stays busy crafting, baking, and reading.
Kim Campbell
Kim joined 1st American in September 2023 as Assistant Closing Coordinator. Then in January of 2024, she moved into the Residential Property Manager role. She brings many years of Management and customer service experience to the team. Kim is a native of Valparaiso and enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves cheering on her youngest son at sporting events. She enjoys hiking and walking her dog in her spare time.
