Tammy joined 1st American in November of 2021 as the Accounting Manager. Prior to joining the team, she was the Administrative Director for the YMCA. Tammy graduated from Portage High School and received a bachelor’s in business administration from Indiana University. When not in the office, she participates in leagues for horseshoes and darts. Tammy also enjoys spending time with her family, listening to crime podcasts, and playing with her mini-dachshund, Pepper.
Kiana Baldwin
Kiana Baldwin joined 1st American Management in February 2025 as the Closing Coordinator. Kiana graduated from Morgan Township High School and received a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree from Purdue University Northwest. She enjoys reading and playing with her orange cat, Cheddar Bay Biscuit.
Brandon Cranick
Brandon joined 1st American in October 2022 as Assistant Property Manager. In this role, he acted as a support to multiple property managers with day-to-day communication and special projects. Taking what he learned, he transitioned over to AP/AR Specialist as an addition to the Accounting Department. He brings over 15 years of customer service and managerial experience to his position. Brandon is an NWI native and attended Indiana State University before moving back to the area to raise his family. He is the father of 2 and enjoys sports and video games in his downtime.

Tonya Lippens
Tonya joined 1st American Management in June of 2021 as a Residential Property Manager, taking on a portfolio with properties in both Lake and Porter County. In October 2022, she became an AP/AR Specialist within the Accounting Department. Tonya proudly served in the US Navy for 5 years as a Petty Officer 2nd Class where she earned several special designations and medals.
She has 17+ years of experience in customer service, retail, and management including 6 years as a Senior Bank Teller/Loan Processing Assistant, 5 years as Assistant Store Manager with Taco Bell, and 8 years as a Store Manager for Family Express.
Tonya has completed the CAI: Essentials of Community Association Management.
Tonya and her family are active supporters of the Lupus Foundation of America and JDRF.
