Mario Barcenas

Mario joined 1^st American Management in August 2023 as a Residential Property Manager. Originally from Atlanta, GA, he has resided in NWI for two years. He comes to 1^st American with 13 years of Multi-Family Property Management. Mario has led several communities under renovation and re-brand, including amenities and apartment homes. His strengths as a Property Manager are bringing communities together while being a great leader by having respect for all Board members, developers, and homeowners. In his free time, Mario enjoys traveling around the world, sightseeing and spending time with family and friends. He enjoys different foods and loves trying new restaurants around different parts of the country.
