Laura De Biasi

Laura began working at 1st American in August of 2024. She bring a lot of experience with her, including being a Certified Residential Manager in California and holds a diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute in Dublin, Ireland, in collaboration with Caledonian University. She is also certified in Fitness and Nutrition through Kilo Fit Academy and completed a TEFL certification with the TEFL International Institute of American English in Florence, Italy. Her qualifications further include certification in lead-based paint safety, designation as a Housing Quality Standards Specialist for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program, and Enterprise Income Certification through the National Center for Housing Management. Laura has worked her way up from being a real estate agent, leasing agent and operations manager from small to large estates and individual properties in California, Chicago and Indiana,  for over 15 years. A native of Munster, she believes in consistent growth through education and travel. Having lived from California to Europe, absorbing new cultures and different ways if life, that can only expand your mind. Laura’s favorite hobbies include traveling to Europe, reading, audio books, music, strength training, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
