IREM Recognizes 1st American Management Co., Inc. With “AMO of the Year” Award

The Northwest Indiana Chapter 100 of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has honored 1st American Management Co., Inc. with its “ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (AMO) of the Year” award. Firms receiving this award must achieve the highest level of performance,experience, and financial stability. John R. Marshall CPM accepted the award on behalf of the firm.
For demonstrating proficiency and professionalism in the property management field 1st American was recognized for its support of IREM for more than 25 years and its consistent track record in providing “exceptional services in the professional property management industry and to the local community, and for its commitment to its employees to further their professional education and knowledge.”
The AMO accreditation is the mark of distinction among real estate management firms. Only 548 management companies in the United States and Canada hold AMO status – passing the rigorous tests necessary to become an AMO firm.
